The IT Applications Manager leads one of the Epic Application teams within the Cancer Diagnostics division. This role involves managing the delivery of technology for critical business processes, integrating acquisitions, and partnering with enterprise architecture to design a highly-customized global IT eco-system. The manager oversees the professional development of analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback. Key responsibilities include aligning technology solutions with business strategies, managing integration dependencies, and overseeing system monitoring and incident management. The candidate must utilize skills in program management, software development lifecycle methodologies, and multi-vendor hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud-based services. Required technical competencies include Microsoft Office proficiency and certification in at least one Epic admin-level application, with preferred experience in Epic Cheers, Campaigns, MyChart, and Care Everywhere within healthcare or biotechnology.
Manage an Epic Application team to deliver technology for critical business processes.
Plan and deliver programs to integrate products and processes from acquisitions onto enterprise platforms.
Align technology solutions with business strategies by collaborating with product owners and business partners.
Partner with enterprise architecture to manage integration dependencies and position platforms within the global IT strategy.
Oversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of incremental functionality releases.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or High School Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in information technology or product/project management.
3+ years of experience in large and complex implementations using program management and SDLC project management methodologies.
3+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a technology team or cross-functional project team.
Certification in at least one Epic admin-level application.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology (preferred).
