Required expertise includes software development lifecycle methodologies, multi-vendor environments, and Microsoft Office. Candidates should possess Epic admin-level certifications, such as Epic RTE, Referrals, Prelude, or Cadence, and experience in healthcare or biotechnology to navigate complex business workflows and system architectures.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or a High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in information technology or product/project management.
3+ years of experience in large and complex implementations using program management and SDLC methodologies.
3+ years of experience leading a technology team or cross-functional project team on the implementation of a technology solution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional knowledge of multi-vendor, hybrid, and cloud-based software/hardware solutions.
Certification in at least one Epic admin-level application.
Experience in healthcare or biotechnology, agile delivery methodologies, or specific Epic certifications (preferred); 5 years in a similar role (preferred).
