What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce platform to align with enterprise goals.
  • Oversee the full solution lifecycle including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications.
  • Lead the technical and architectural direction for Salesforce-centric initiatives, focusing on workflow automation and digital transformation.
  • Manage resources and partner vendors responsible for Salesforce administration, development, and support.
  • Establish and monitor Salesforce-specific key performance indicators, SLAs, and platform adoption metrics.
  • Provide operational support and optimization for the ServiceNow platform, specifically for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Identify business requirements and collaborate with domain leaders to guide specifications for improved business operations.
  • Manage service delivery by guiding incident resolution, problem management, and maintenance for assigned applications.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of experience managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Two or more years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience leading Salesforce platforms in a large-scale enterprise or healthcare environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform (preferred).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, and platform modernization.
