Manager, IT Applications, Business Applications

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce applications including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Salesforce platform to align with enterprise goals.
• Provide operational support and optimization for the organization's ServiceNow platform as a secondary priority.
• Lead technical and architectural initiatives focused on workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors responsible for application administration, development, and support.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned platforms.
• Identify business requirements from stakeholders to guide technical specifications and improve operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on emerging Salesforce capabilities and artificial intelligence integrations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or related industry.
• Extensive experience leading Salesforce platforms in a large-scale enterprise or healthcare environment.
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or related certifications.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and relevant certifications (CSA or CAD) are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, and platform modernization.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
