Manager, HR Data & Integrations

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise HR applications and Human Capital Management systems.
• Provide technical guidance for designing and supporting auxiliary systems integrated with Workday, such as ADP and Fidelity.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR applications including roadmap development, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Translate business needs from HR and IT stakeholders into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of HR application professionals to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance monitoring, and cost optimization for various service providers.
• Drive process standardization and automation across HR operations to improve efficiency and employee experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HR technology with leadership responsibility for complex systems.
• Proven experience leading HR applications in a large, matrixed, global organization.
• Proven people-management experience including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Experience with large-scale HR transformations or ERP/HCM implementations (preferred).
• HR systems or project management certifications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PMP (preferred).
