Senior Workday Integrations Configurator, HR IT

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and test Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Studio.
• Translate business requirements from HR and IT stakeholders into detailed technical specifications and field mappings.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Manage the full software development life cycle for Workday integrations, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor Workday updates to assess impacts on existing integrations and recommend necessary technical adjustments.
• Optimize integration performance and troubleshoot complex scenarios using Workday's data model and security framework.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of HR Technology experience with systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
• 3-5 years of recent hands-on experience building and debugging Workday Integrations including EIB, Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Experience creating Workday custom reports, calculated fields, and XSLTs.
• Demonstrated experience with Computer Program Design Techniques and HR domains like Payroll, Benefits, and Timekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing, Web Services (SOAP & RESTFul), and integration patterns.
• Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and exposure to integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Workday Pro Certification (Integrations) is highly desired (preferred); hands-on experience with Java is also preferred (preferred).
