Manager, Partner Integrations

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Technical Account Managers to support existing and new integration partnerships.
• Oversee integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators for top restaurant partners.
• Resolve and escalate day-to-day technical issues related to partner integrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to develop go-to-market initiatives and roadmap improvements.
• Use data analysis and SQL to identify opportunities for scalable workflow automation and platform improvements.
• Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows to improve integration quality and reduce manual work.
• Act as the primary point of contact for managing external relationships and partner communications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields.
• Strong technical fluency in API-based integrations and the ability to communicate with product, engineering, and external partners.
• Proven experience managing others and providing people leadership.
• Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using SQL for analysis and issue investigation.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly; experience building prompts or AI-enabled processes is a plus (preferred).
