What you'll do
Lead the development and strategic planning of enterprise integration programs.
Oversee daily operations and monitoring of data pipelines on Azure, Databricks, Synapse, SQL Server, and Boomi.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements for integrations and data pipelines.
Manage a team of analysts and specialists to support seamless data flow across business processes.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to communicate operational performance and guide decision-making.
What we're looking for
7+ years designing and implementing integration solutions (REST, SOAP, APIs, file-based integrations).
5+ years experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, FiveTran).
5+ years working with modern integration platforms (Boomi, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft).
Hands-on management of Azure, SQL Server, Databricks, or Synapse environments.
Strong understanding of data flows, business processes, and technical interfaces.
Experience supporting integrations with SaaS platforms like Oracle Cloud, Workday, Hexagon EAM.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
