What you'll do

Ship production-grade full-stack systems that run in front of real customers every week.
Perform unscripted live demos for Fortune 100 CMOs and CTOs to win over stakeholders.
Execute high-level engineering tasks and manage the technical production of software.
Hire, grow, and performance-manage a team of engineers to increase their seniority and skill.
Coach the team to achieve high levels of customer adoption and product value.
Build multi-step automated workflows and pipelines using tools like ComfyUI or n8n.
Drive customer retention by ensuring the team delivers measurable value across all accounts.

What we're looking for

You must have 8–10 years of experience shipping full-stack production software.
You must have at least 2 years of experience as a direct people manager.
You must have deep hands-on mastery of a professional creative tool like Figma, Photoshop, or After Effects.
You must provide a public portfolio or verifiable shipped work showing both engineering and creative work personally completed by you.
You must have hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using ComfyUI, n8n, or similar tools.
You must have a track record of driving decisions with senior customer stakeholders in the last 12 months.
Experience with Adobe Firefly Services, Firefly Creative Production, or Workflow Builder is a strong plus.
Domain depth in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media & Entertainment is a strong plus.
