What we're looking for
12+ years of experience shipping full-stack software with a track record of adoption at the hardest scale.
Deep hands-on mastery of at least one professional creative tool such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or Substance 3D.
Hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using ComfyUI, n8n, or similar tools.
A public portfolio or verifiable shipped work showing both engineering and creative work personally completed by the candidate.
A documented history of driving technical or creative changes that resulted in significant organizational impact.
Proven ability to lead unscripted live demos and technical direction for Fortune 100 brand stakeholders.
Experience with Adobe Firefly Services, Firefly Creative Production / Workflow Builder, or Adobe Brand Intelligence (preferred).
Domain depth in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media & Entertainment, including MLR compliance-review experience (preferred).
