As a senior full-stack engineer on the fast-paced intrapreneurial team within Adobe Firefly Foundry, you will work closely with enterprise customers to identify and develop deep-tuning AI services. Your day-to-day involves immersing yourself in client workflows, prototyping quickly using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or Java, and creating compelling technical demos with Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Premiere Pro and Photoshop. You will also participate in discovery workshops, influence the product roadmap by bringing real market insights back to Adobe, and partner with internal engineering teams to build innovative solutions using generative AI models and modern web infrastructure. This role requires deep familiarity with enterprise creative production workflows across media and entertainment, brand, and agency environments, as well as strong analytical skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.

What you'll do

  • Act as a product manager for customers, understanding their needs and improving the product.
  • Fully immerse in client workflows to identify friction points and surface edge cases.
  • Quickly prototype solutions using coding skills to align with internal teams and customers.
  • Participate in discovery workshops to define technical architectures and translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Create compelling technical demos of next-generation creative workflows using Adobe APIs and AI capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of professional experience building and deploying web applications or interactive experiences.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise creative production workflows in M&E, brand, and agency environments.
  • Full-stack development proficiency including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, Java, Go, C++.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications for demo creation.
  • Exposure to generative AI models, text-to-image systems, and LLMs.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and executive communication.
