What we're looking for
You must have 7–10 years of experience shipping full-stack software with recent production code.
You must have deep, professional-grade mastery of at least one creative tool such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or Substance 3D.
You must provide a public portfolio or verifiable shipped work showing both engineering and creative work personally completed by you.
You must have hands-on experience building multi-step automated workflows or pipelines using ComfyUI, n8n, or similar tools.
You must have a track record of turning skeptical executive rooms into adoption and closing renewals or expansions.
You must be an elite public speaker capable of running unscripted live demos for Fortune 100 boardrooms.
Experience with Adobe Firefly Services, Firefly Creative Production, or Adobe Brand Intelligence (preferred).
Domain depth in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Media & Entertainment, especially MLR compliance-review experience (preferred).
