What you'll do

Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and service execution of critical mechanical and HVAC infrastructure.
Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, and restoration activities for cooling systems like chillers and pumps.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all mechanical systems and incident escalations.
Manage technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and SLA adherence.
Lead troubleshooting and response efforts for mechanical failures or performance degradation affecting uptime.
Track and improve key performance indicators including availability, MTTR, and maintenance completion rates.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustained corrective actions.
Maintain audit-ready records including service reports, maintenance history, and CMMS data.

What we're looking for

Experience leading mechanical plant operations, HVAC service, or critical cooling maintenance in data centers or uptime-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, and related controls platforms.
Experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, incident response, and service execution in 24x7 operations.
Familiarity with BMS, SCADA, DCIM, and CMMS tools.
Experience supporting commissioning, turnover, or operational acceptance of new or upgraded systems (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders regarding plant conditions, risks, and actions.
Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
