Manager Cybersecurity 2

What you'll do

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for managers and new leaders.
• Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization.
• Lead the implementation of government policies including DAAG, JSIG, and ICDs to ensure compliance.
• Manage the documentation and execution of process activities and security certification testing.
• Ensure all environments maintain formal accreditation authorizations from appropriate government agencies.
• Interact with internal executives and customers on significant technical matters requiring cross-organizational coordination.
• Oversee team adherence to company policies to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or a PhD with 2 years of experience.
• Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program if a Top Secret clearance is not currently held.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have a diverse classified information system security background.
• ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP certification (preferred).
• Experience managing cybersecurity teams (preferred).
• Experience implementing RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks (preferred).
