Classified Cybersecurity Manager 2

What you'll do

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development for managers and new leaders.
• Identify necessary skills and provide training to meet organizational requirements.
• Oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization.
• Lead the implementation of government policies to ensure compliance and manage process tailoring.
• Ensure all environments maintain formal accreditation authorizations from appropriate government agencies.
• Interact with internal executives and customers on significant technical matters requiring cross-organizational coordination.
• Manage team performance, financial management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree and 5 years, or a Ph.D. and 3 years.
• Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Must have the ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have a diverse classified information system security background.
• US Government 8140 advanced level certification such as CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO (preferred).
• Experience managing cybersecurity teams (preferred).
• Experience implementing RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks (preferred).
