What you'll do

Lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team to ensure consistent service delivery across the portfolio.
Translate high-level IT and cybersecurity strategies into detailed work plans for team execution.
Oversee the rollout and daily enforcement of cybersecurity standards, policies, and RMF compliance procedures.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and tracking tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility on work status.
Conduct periodic compliance checks and prepare documentation required by government regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inspections and manage the remediation of findings.
Supervise staff by assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and providing professional development and mentorship.
Coordinate with internal executives and customers to resolve significant technical matters and share threat intelligence.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required (10 years experience for BS; 8 years for Masters; 6 years for PhD).
Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 - IAT Level 2 (Security+ Certification).
Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP certifications (preferred).
Demonstrable management and leadership experience (preferred).
Active Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph experience; familiarity with IT infrastructure and RMF compliance (preferred).
