What you'll do

Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within secure enclaves.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
Manage security certification testing, documentation, investigations, software research, and hardware release activities.
Implement government policies such as DAAG, JSIG, and ICDs to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Develop process tailoring recommendations and manage the execution of related technical activities.
Ensure all systems and networks obtain and maintain formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies.
Coordinate with internal executives and customers on significant technical matters and program requirements.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation within the last 6 years or be in the CE program.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience, Master's with 5 years, or PhD with 2 years; additional experience may substitute for education.
Ability to obtain CISSP or other DoD 8140/8570 IAM 3 certification within 6 months of hire.
Must have a diverse classified information system security background.
Experience managing cybersecurity teams and implementing RMF or other compliance frameworks is preferred.
Preferred certifications include ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP.
