The Manager Cybersecurity 2 joins the CIDO Classified Solutions team to lead a group of Information System Security Professionals. This role involves assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave while providing mentorship, professional development, and training for managers and new leaders. Key responsibilities include establishing program control processes to mitigate risk, supporting system Assessment and Authorization, conducting security certification testing, and performing software research and hardware release. The position requires implementing government policies such as DAAG, JSIG, and ICDs to ensure compliance. The candidate must utilize skills in RMF, ITIL, Agile, or CISM frameworks. The work focuses on maintaining formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies for classified information systems across multiple bases, ensuring all environments remain compliant within a secure, multi-domain technical environment.
Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.
Identify necessary skills and provide training to meet organizational requirements.
Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization.
Lead the implementation of required government policies to ensure full compliance.
Develop process tailoring recommendations and manage the documentation and execution of process activities.
Ensure all environments stay compliant while obtaining and retaining formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, a Master's with 5 years, or a PhD with 2 years.
Additional years of experience commensurate with the role may be substituted for education.
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years or be enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must have the ability to obtain a CISSP or other DoD 8140/8570 IAM 3 certification within 6 months of starting.
Must have a diverse classified information system security background.
Experience managing cybersecurity teams (preferred).
Experience implementing RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks (preferred).
ITIL, Agile, or CISM, or CISSP certification (preferred).
Active Secret, Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph (preferred).
