What you'll do

Lead and manage an integrated IT and Cybersecurity team to execute the Classified Solutions statement of work.
Translate senior-level IT and cybersecurity strategies into detailed work plans and day-to-day execution.
Oversee the rollout and enforcement of cybersecurity standards, policies, and procedures including JSIG and RMF compliance.
Manage team performance through regular check-ins, clear expectations, and professional development opportunities.
Maintain project-tracking tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility into work status and milestones.
Conduct periodic compliance checks and prepare routine status reports on key organizational metrics.
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduled customer inspections and track remediation actions.
Coordinate with internal executives and customers on significant technical matters and threat intelligence.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, a Master's with 8 years, or a PhD with 6 years.
Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years.
Must be eligible to be cleared for Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) as a condition of continued employment.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to work on-site full-time at the Sunnyvale, CA campus.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or an information technology related field (preferred).
ITIL, Agile, CISM, or CISSP certification (preferred).
Demonstratable management and leadership experience (preferred).
