What you'll do

Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in assessing systems and networks within a secure enclave.
Establish and oversee program control processes to mitigate risk and support system Assessment and Authorization.
Implement government policies such as DAAG, JSIG, and ICDs to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Develop process tailoring recommendations and manage the documentation and execution of all process activities.
Perform analyses to validate security requirements and recommend additional safeguards or technical controls.
Lead formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) including pre-test preparation, test participation, and result analysis.
Document A&A and inspection results and coordinate with the security team to submit responses to authorities.
Interact with internal executives and customers to coordinate on significant technical matters.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
Must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years.
Must be enrolled in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program if a current clearance is not held.
Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for an Information System Security Manager with a Security+ certification.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must have a diverse classified information system security background.
Current CISSP certification and experience with RMF or other cybersecurity compliance frameworks (preferred).
