Manager Computer Systems Analysis 1

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor staff of systems administrators, desktop technicians, and network engineers.
• Isolate technical issues between software, firmware, hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
• Maintain multi-user classified servers and networks through installation, patching, upgrading, and monitoring.
• Implement system enhancements and automation to improve overall performance and configuration management.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and configuration guides.
• Manage performance metrics and align support activities with business goals.
• Produce written reports and deliver verbal briefings on status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues with vendors and evaluate their products, services, and suggestions.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant IT experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance with a closed investigation date within the last 6 years.
• Must have the ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP) before the start date.
• Must possess U.S. Citizenship.
• Must have U.S. Government 8140 IAM Level I certification or equivalent, such as Security+ CE.
• Must have experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a similar STEM discipline (preferred).
• Experience with VMware, vCenter, vSphere, ESXi, and storage solutions like NETAPP (preferred).
