As a senior leader in NVIDIA’s System Design Tools and Methodology team, you will drive the evolution of CAD and PLM ecosystems to support rapid hardware iteration across the enterprise, architect data-driven workflows, and collaborate with electronic, mechanical, thermal, and validation teams to streamline prototyping to manufacturing processes. You’ll lead a high-performance team developing custom utilities, API integrations, and advanced reporting tools that empower thousands of engineers, while also collaborating closely with project managers to automate bottlenecks in product development. This role requires extensive experience in system design, CAD administration, PLM workflow development, and people management within complex engineering environments, along with a strong technical background in enterprise-level engineering tools like Dassault, Cadence, or PTC, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for custom automation. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Over 10 years of experience in system design, CAD administration, or PLM workflow development.
At least 4 years of leadership experience managing technical teams in complex engineering environments.
Comprehensive understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle from conceptual design to mass production.
Proven ability to lead and influence multi-functional collaborators across various engineering disciplines.
Strong background in implementing enterprise-level engineering tools such as Dassault, Cadence, or PTC.
Experience using data analytics to drive process improvements and enhance engineering efficiency.
