What you'll do

Perform Linux and Windows system administration for large government contracts.
Manage VMware technologies and related virtualization infrastructure.
Administer NAS storage systems including file systems and disk space management.
Implement system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and configuration management to improve performance.
Provide routine backup services, recovery procedures, and virus protection management.
Create and maintain user accounts while managing file permissions and security access lists.
Maintain security audit logs for classified networked and standalone computers.
Support the Cyber Security team and report on project status for recurring efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of IT experience.
United States Citizenship.
Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with an adjudicated Full Scope Polygraph.
Experience in Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux preferred) and Windows server administration.
Experience performing administration on VMware technologies.
DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
Experience with NAS storage device administration, preferably NetApp.
Ability to lift equipment up to 40 pounds and support after hours or on weekends as needed.
