What you'll do

  • Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for technical and engineering talent across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Manage the regional internship program including budgeting, planning, and evaluating program outcomes.
  • Launch new-country internship programs and early-career hiring pipelines in international markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet business needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex campus talent acquisition and internship program matters.
  • Use data analytics and market insights to evaluate performance and guide program decisions.
  • Implement scalable solutions through process improvements and AI automation to increase recruiting efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or Associate's degree with 9+ years, or High School Diploma with 11+ years.
  • Degree in Business, Humanities, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 9+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with senior leadership and collaborating across HR in a global matrixed organization (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting engineering or technical talent within the semiconductor or technology industry (preferred).
  • Experience leading high-volume campus recruiting or internship programs across multiple countries in the Americas or EMEA (preferred).
  • Ability to use data for decision-making and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset regarding process, technology, or automation (preferred).
