What you'll do

Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Integrated Talent modules including Recruiting, Talent, and Learn Management.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams.
Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust Oracle configurations.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes, including conversions, integrations, and reports.
Translate complex requirements into detailed configuration tasks like Page Personalization, Security, and Approval Workflows.
Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents for project implementation.
Manage the planning, execution of testing cycles, and cutover activities for go-live preparation.
Track and report progress on deliverables while managing assigned project tasks.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with an emphasis on Integrated Talent, Recruiting, Talent, and Learn Management.
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience) or Associate’s degree with 6 years of work experience.
Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management (preferred).
Experience across Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, or Recruiting (preferred).
Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS (preferred).
Proven ability to partner with clients to deliver large-scale implementation projects (preferred).
