Manager, AI CRM Engineering, Field Enablement

What you'll do

• Engineer and lead AI-enabled CRM solutions including LLM-based features and predictive analytics within Veeva and Vault environments.
• Design and implement AI/ML workflows for call planning optimization, sentiment analysis, and rep coaching tools.
• Prototype and scale Generative AI capabilities for auto-generated call summaries and intelligent field insights.
• Drive agentic AI experiments to automate CRM workflows, data enrichment, and intelligent routing.
• Establish AI governance and responsible AI practices to ensure compliance with data privacy and validated systems standards.
• Lead the architecture, design, testing, and deployment of complex CRM and AI-integrated business requirements.
• Build and promote reusable, AI-augmented code libraries and design patterns to support global scalability.
• Mentor CRM developers and administrators to build AI competency and accelerate team productivity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience in software development, administration, and solution delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with any CRM, including configuration, customization, UIX, workflows, and data loading.
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience using relational databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• 2+ years of applied AI/ML development experience, including building and integrating LLMs or intelligent automation in enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies, cloud-native application development, and validated systems in life sciences.
• 2+ years of experience with Vectorization, Python, Prompt engineering, Langchain, Lang Graph, and various LLM providers.
• 1+ years of experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture and ETL.
