JOB TITLE: Manager, Field Application Engineering - ODM Support The Manager, Field Application Engineering - ODM Support leads a team of Field Application Engineers to drive technical execution for rack-scale AI system integration within ODM and manufacturing partner ecosystems. This leader manages FAEs who support partner integration, validation, launch readiness, and production ramp while providing mentorship and training. Key responsibilities include owning escalation rhythms for critical issues, building repeatable operating rhythms, and coordinating with architecture, engineering, and account teams. The role requires technical expertise in computer systems architecture, Linux system administration, and debug workflows involving servers, GPUs, networking, storage, firmware, power, and thermal systems. The position solves complex technical problems during the design-in, NPI, and lifecycle transitions of large-scale infrastructure, ensuring successful production ramp and deployment across diverse manufacturing and integration partner workflows.

What you'll do

Lead a team of FAEs providing technical support for ODM and manufacturing partner integration.
Manage technical execution for rack-scale AI system integration, validation, and production ramp.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve complex system issues.
Own the escalation rhythm for critical partner integration issues and provide risk visibility.
Provide technical expertise on NVIDIA products and rack-scale AI infrastructure across the product lifecycle.
Supervise, train, and mentor direct reports to nurture their professional growth.
Establish repeatable operating rhythms, debug practices, and readiness reviews for the team.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
Experience in rack integration, datacenter systems, technical customer support, manufacturing support, or partner-facing engineering.
4+ years of experience leading a team.
Experience with issue triage, escalation management, and cross-functional risk communication.
Linux and Linux system administration skills.
Familiarity with server, rack, GPU, networking, storage, firmware/BMC, power, thermal, cabling, and Linux-based debug workflows.
Experience with manufacturing or integration partner workflows.
Experience leading FAEs or technical teams through rack-scale system NPI, validation, or production ramp (preferred).
