What you'll do

Manage daily financial operations for the cloud marketplace across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
Oversee the full accounts receivable lifecycle including invoice accuracy, aging reports, and proactive collections.
Reconcile daily marketplace receipts and resolve remittance discrepancies to ensure accurate cash application.
Act as the primary finance liaison to manage relationships and resolve issues with cloud partners.
Identify bottlenecks in the billing cycle and implement automated solutions to scale operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AR Specialists in India.
Ensure all financial processes comply with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.
Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure contract alignment and seamless customer billing journeys.

What we're looking for

8–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations.
4+ years of leadership experience within a high-growth Global Capability Center (GCC) or SaaS environment.
Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM systems.
Expert Excel skills including data manipulation, Power Query, and complex reconciliations.
Deep understanding of hyperscaler billing dynamics for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls related to the Order-to-Cash cycle.
Experience with automated collections tools and reporting.
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
