The Low Power Analog-Mixed Signal Technologist, Senior Director serves as a key technology and organizational leader within the ASICS Engineering group. This role involves defining long-term strategies and roadmaps for advanced sensing, mixed-signal semiconductor platforms, and intelligent edge systems. The leader will oversee the development of next-generation sensor ASIC IP, including Analog Front Ends, ADCs, DACs, and power management IP. Key responsibilities include guiding architecture tradeoffs for power, performance, and reliability while managing global cross-functional teams across silicon development, firmware, and manufacturing. The position requires deep expertise in CMOS technologies, heterogeneous integration, chiplets, and system-in-package solutions. This work addresses technical challenges in Robotics, Extended Reality, Industrial IoT, and AI-enabled embedded platforms, specifically focusing on tactile sensing, robot perception, and autonomous systems.
Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, foundries, and research organizations.
Drive the integration of advanced sensor technologies with AI, machine learning, and robotics software frameworks.

What we're looking for
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 14+ years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 9+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
Proven experience leading large engineering organizations consisting of directors, managers, architects, and senior technical contributors.
Extensive expertise in low-power analog, mixed-signal, sensor, and semiconductor system architecture.
Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex semiconductor products from concept to high-volume production.
