Key technical competencies include low-power mixed-signal design, sensor fusion algorithms, machine learning systems, and the development of custom ASICs and SoC architectures for intelligent sensing applications.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for low-power analog, mixed-signal, and intelligent edge computing platforms.
  • Oversee a portfolio of mixed-signal and sensor programs from initial concept through high-volume production.
  • Direct the development of advanced technologies including AFEs, ADCs, DACs, and AI-enabled sensor systems.
  • Lead technical architecture decisions regarding power, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost for multi-generation platforms.
  • Manage large engineering teams and mentor senior technical staff across system integration and architecture execution.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, foundries, IP providers, and other technology partners.
  • Drive the integration of advanced sensor technologies with AI, machine learning, and robotics software frameworks.
  • Influence corporate strategy by aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and investment priorities.

What we're looking for

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, OR M.S. with 14+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of ASIC design/verification experience, OR Master's with 9+ years, OR PhD with 8+ years.
  • Proven experience leading large engineering organizations including directors, managers, architects, and senior technical contributors.
  • Extensive expertise in low-power analog, mixed-signal, sensor, and semiconductor system architecture.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex semiconductor products from concept to high-volume production.
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams across silicon development, firmware, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage external partners including foundries, IP providers, and strategic ecosystem relationships.
  • Experience managing operating budgets and project financials while influencing executive leadership.
