What you'll do

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders to guide SAP S4/HANA transformation projects.
Lead end-to-end SAP programs for Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing from design through hypercare.
Manage complex, multi-partner delivery teams by ensuring alignment, accountability, and risk management across workstreams.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales origination and the development of go-to-market assets.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear strategic narratives for diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level talent to build team capability and career progression.
Develop reusable assets and internal capabilities specifically for SAP supply chain solutions in the Life Sciences industry.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of executive leadership experience delivering SAP programs in consulting or professional services.
Expertise across the SAP S4/HANA suite including Life Sciences specific co-innovation modules.
Demonstrated experience leading project workstreams and managing/developing junior staff.
Bachelor's degree, or an associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or a minimum of 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients and navigate complex organizational dynamics (preferred).
Depth of knowledge around data and AI concepts (preferred).
Strong commercial instincts to identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales origination (preferred).
Hybrid experience in both consulting and the Life Sciences industry (preferred).
