Senior Manager, Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect

What you'll do

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and technical teams to translate strategic intent into architectural direction.
• Lead architecture governance by setting standards, conducting design reviews, and making binding decisions on platform direction.
• Act as the primary escalation point to resolve cross-workstream design conflicts and align stakeholders.
• Advise senior client executives by translating complex technical concepts into business impact narratives.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of Solution Architects and technical leads within the practice.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
• Develop reusable assets, architecture blueprints, and industry-specific content for the Life Sciences sector.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience in solution architecture or senior platform leadership roles.
• Experience architecting and delivering large-scale Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or other regulated industries like MedTech or Pharma.
• Expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale deliveries using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Ability to leverage AI/ML capabilities like Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce within Life Sciences commercial solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, or a minimum of 12 years of work experience if no degree is held.
• Experience managing relationships with senior client stakeholders at the Director and VP levels.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
