  • Leadership in Agile or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale.
  • Experience supporting senior-level Life Sciences clients and industry advisory work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications like CTA are preferred.
  • Deep integration architecture experience including MuleSoft and event-driven systems.
