Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Senior Manager - Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals serves as a key leader within the Oracle practice, driving large-scale business transformation and ERP implementation programs specifically for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. The role involves leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and Supply Chain transformations from strategy through deployment to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, GxP, and global quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and risk while mentoring consulting teams and advising executive stakeholders on manufacturing modernization. The position requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Procurement, Quality Management, and Cost Management. Candidates must navigate regulated environments involving batch production, product traceability, and Computer System Validation processes to solve critical supply chain and quality control challenges for pharmaceutical and medical device organizations.
Lead Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Supply Chain transformation programs from strategy through deployment for life sciences clients.
Design manufacturing and quality processes that comply with FDA, GMP, GxP, and other global regulatory standards.
Manage project scope, budget, delivery risks, and quality assurance for complex Oracle Cloud implementations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders regarding manufacturing modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead solution design for work definition, production scheduling, inventory management, and procurement functions.
Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and ensure audit readiness in regulated environments.
Drive business development by leading proposal development, RFP responses, and identifying opportunities to expand Oracle services.
Mentor and coach a diverse team of consultants and architects while managing talent acquisition and performance.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 8 years of consulting and industry experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading Oracle Manufacturing implementations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large consulting engagements including full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
Experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or life sciences clients.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion modules including Inventory, Supply Planning, Procurement, Product Management, Quality, Cost, Order Management, and Financials (preferred).
Experience in specific industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech operations, clinical supply management, and batch manufacturing (preferred).
Experience with validation and CSV processes, quality and compliance programs, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements (preferred).
