Learning Designer & Developer

What you'll do

• Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements for complex workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain blended learning solutions including eLearning, job aids, and webinars.
• Create and maintain curriculum assets using adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
• Ensure all learning products meet Section 508 accessibility requirements and quality standards.
• Integrate AI tools across the learning product lifecycle to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training with project goals.
• Support continuous virtual training events and site-based deployments for healthcare programs.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of combined work experience and higher education in instructional design, adult learning principles, and Section 508 compliance.
• Intermediate proficiency in ADDIE/SAM methodologies and blended learning design for complex workflows.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Captivate, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in designing products that meet Section 508 requirements and quality standards.
• Practical use of AI to enhance learning design, delivery, and efficiency.
• Experience in regulated or federal environments (preferred); Cerner Solution experience (preferred).
