Curriculum Developer

What you'll do

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business objectives.
• Design and develop curriculum frameworks, course outlines, and instructional materials using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.
• Translate complex technical information into engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Create content for blended learning formats including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Develop both Train-the-Trainer programs and direct-to-customer training deliverables.
• Apply adult learning theory to improve knowledge retention and performance outcomes.
• Maintain version control and documentation standards across all internal training systems and platforms.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Proven ability to partner with technical SMEs to organize information into structured learning paths.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models including ADDIE, SAM, Gagne’s, and Merrill’s.
• Experience developing content for diverse modalities such as ILT, VILT, eLearning, and performance support tools.
• Demonstrated project management skills including scope planning, stakeholder alignment, and monitoring.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Communication, or a related field.
