Director, Learning Experience Design

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-impact learning experiences for operations associates.
• Integrate generative AI and automation tools into the content creation and maintenance lifecycle to accelerate production.
• Coach a team of instructional designers and creative specialists to adopt agile methodologies and innovative practices.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to co-create and execute an annual strategic learning agenda.
• Manage the Instructional Design Center of Excellence by optimizing resource allocation and ensuring brand alignment.
• Apply learning science and human-centered design to create solutions that improve specific operational KPIs.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics using data from operational systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets while managing risks within a complex matrixed environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Organizational Design/Effectiveness (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design and development.
• At least 10 years of experience in instructional design and development (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a combination.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, program management, or a combination (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience with client consulting.
• At least 10 years of experience with client consulting (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• At least 10 years of experience in people leadership including as a leader of leaders (preferred).
