What you'll do

Develop digital engineering artifacts to support system understanding and decision making.
Build performance models to evaluate system behavior, sensitivities, and uncertainties.
Perform Monte Carlo analysis to assess risk, margin, and system uncertainty.
Conduct and document trade studies using analytical results to support design decisions.
Translate model results into actionable system-level recommendations for the IRAD team.
Execute engineering work products from requirements decomposition through verification and technical documentation.
Produce and maintain system engineering artifacts including requirements traceability and risk registers.
Lead design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges for mission systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
9+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
9+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science) (preferred).
Familiarity with Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
Experience with multi-domain mission systems, secure architectures, and government or defense technical reviews (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
