What you'll do

Define hardware and software requirements and ensure traceability for complex electronic systems.
Design and architect unmanned vehicles and integrated hardware/software products.
Manage the verification and validation of technical products across lab, ground, and flight tests.
Perform system integration and characterize performance through data analysis and simulations.
Conduct component trade studies and lead risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
Track technical performance metrics and manage artifacts in Agile PLM systems.
Improve existing Systems Engineering processes to enhance project efficiency.
Participate in proposal activities, including both cost and technical development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and minimum 7 years of related experience.
Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Experience with unmanned systems, system integration, engineering testing, and performance characterization.
Experience with aerospace systems and integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
Experience integrating payloads like sensors or communications into air vehicles (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
