What you'll do

Define hardware and software requirements and ensure traceability for complex electronic systems.
Design and architect unmanned vehicles and complex electronic systems across multi-disciplined engineering teams.
Lead rapid cycles of design, build, integration, and test in lab, chamber, ground, and flight environments.
Conduct system integration, engineering testing, and system performance characterization.
Develop and run simulations and analysis tools to predict system performance in various environments.
Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex systems.
Track technical artifacts and performance metrics using Agile PLM, Sunflower, and Windchill.
Participate in technical and cost proposal activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience with unmanned systems.
Experience in system integration, engineering testing, and system performance characterization.
Experience with aerospace systems, especially in the development of integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
