What you'll do

Lead hardware and software requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and traceability for complex electronic systems.
Perform system integration and characterize system performance across various environments.
Develop integration and verification plans and procedures to ensure proper system operation.
Conduct component trade studies and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies.
Execute design verification testing in laboratory, chamber, ground, and flight environments.
Create and maintain technical documentation including TDPs, system specifications, and maintenance plans.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and training on systems engineering processes.
Develop and run simulations to predict system performance and analyze data from verification test efforts.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret security clearance with a current 5-year update.
Experience with aerospace systems, especially in developing integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience with MATLAB, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C# (preferred).
Experience in unmanned aircraft, guided weapon systems, radar, tactical radio, or RF systems (preferred).
Experience with requirements management using DOORS (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
