What you'll do

Monitor and trend system performance to identify and respond to anomalous conditions.
Apply advanced engineering standards and principles to solve complex spaceflight hardware problems.
Provide mission operations support and develop/verify mission concepts of operations (CONOPs).
Perform technical analysis, manage specifications, and generate design review and technical documentation.
Execute test and design verifications and manage requirements sell-off processes.
Generate end item data packages (EIDP) for L3Harris products.
Lead program milestone reviews including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, FCA/PCA, and PSR.
Communicate technical issues, risks, and status updates to internal teams and customers daily.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related scientific discipline and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Minimum of 5 years relevant systems engineering background.
4 years' relevant experience with space systems and/or sensor systems technology design, manufacture, integration, and test.
Background in EO/IR or imaging systems design (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
