What you'll do

Develop, refine, and maintain system requirements and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct trade studies and make/buy analyses to compare alternative technical approaches.
Build and coordinate integration plans across hardware, software, and various engineering disciplines.
Identify requirement gaps, interface issues, and integration risks early in the development process.
Execute system integration, validation, and technical baselines from concept through disposal.
Lead design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges across program and product teams.
Produce and maintain systems engineering artifacts including risk registers and verification evidence.
Present technical status, issues, and recommendations during formal and informal reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
9+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
9+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (preferred); Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science are acceptable (preferred).
Familiarity with Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
Experience with multi-domain mission systems and secure architectures (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
