What you'll do

Develop, refine, and maintain system requirements and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct trade studies and technical analyses to evaluate alternative designs and support decision-making.
Create and manage integration plans across hardware, software, and other engineering disciplines.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, interface issues, and requirement gaps early in the process.
Produce and maintain controlled systems engineering artifacts, including risk registers and verification evidence.
Lead design reviews, peer reviews, and technical interchanges with cross-functional teams.
Execute system integration, validation, and verification strategies from concept through deployment.
Ensure all products comply with customer requirements, government regulations, and security standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
9+ years of experience in systems engineering methods across full lifecycle activities.
9+ years of experience with requirements management, risk management, and system integration and verification practices.
Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science) is preferred.
Familiarity with Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) (preferred).
Experience with multi-domain mission systems and secure architectures (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
