What you'll do

Lead integration and test efforts for complex Electronic Warfare systems across the full program lifecycle.
Develop and maintain system-level integration strategies, test plans, and top-level test flows.
Manage cross-functional teams to achieve technical, cost, and schedule objectives with minimal oversight.
Ensure physical and electrical compatibility of system components and interfaces during development.
Coordinate verification approaches and requirements verification matrices with the Systems Engineering team.
Develop test procedures, configurations, and requirements for special test equipment and ground support equipment.
Troubleshoot test failures and lead root cause investigations to drive technical resolutions.
Identify and manage integration risks while communicating status and mitigation plans to customers and leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience, a Graduate Degree and 6 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
At least 5 years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), avionics, aerospace, or defense systems.
At least 5 years of experience in system integration, verification, and test across multiple lifecycle phases.
At least 3 years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical efforts.
At least 3 years of experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and root cause analysis.
At least 4 years of experience in RF and/or digital engineering including MCA, FPGA, CCA, or PWB.
U.S. citizens.
