What you'll do

Lead the planning and execution of technical projects within a high-productivity engineering environment.
Capture and manage customer requirements while ensuring full traceability to verification test matrices.
Develop technical specifications, interface control documents, and comprehensive test plans and procedures.
Plan and execute systems integration activities to verify hardware, software, and networked components.
Lead formal design reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR milestones.
Evaluate vendor capabilities and manage subcontracts to secure necessary products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple hardware and software domains.
Ensure all technical performance, quality standards, and project schedules are strictly met.

What we're looking for

An ABET accredited Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
A Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience.
Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Currently hold a DoD security clearance.
Experience in system level development, requirements definition, and risk mitigation for Communications or Satellite Communications (preferred).
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience with system integration, test, and verification in a complex system environment (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
