What you'll do

Lead requirements definition, flow-down, and traceability for complex electronic systems using MBSE and agile processes.
Drive technical strategy and organizational solutions for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) programs.
Oversee design verification testing across lab, chamber, ground, and flight environments.
Resolve technical roadblocks and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies for complex projects.
Manage trade studies and simulations to predict system performance in various environments.
Serve as the primary engineering interface to customers during internal and external program meetings.
Mentor and lead a team of systems engineers to ensure peak performance and project completion.
Participate in proposal activities by approving technical and cost estimates for new technologies.

What we're looking for

Active DoD secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Experience in Electronic System Design and leading HW/SW/FW development for EW or ELINT applications.
Expertise in requirements definition, flow-down, traceability, MBSE processes, and agile product systems.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
Experience with system-level design, integration, testing of complex hardware/software, and multi-domain knowledge in software and firmware (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
