What you'll do

Lead integration and test efforts for complex Electronic Warfare systems across the full program lifecycle.
Develop and maintain system-level integration strategies, test plans, and top-level test flows.
Manage cross-functional teams to achieve technical, cost, and schedule objectives with minimal oversight.
Ensure physical and electrical compatibility of system components and interfaces during development.
Define requirements for Special Test Equipment (STE) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
Troubleshoot test failures and lead root cause investigations in collaboration with design and systems teams.
Identify and manage integration risks while developing mitigation plans to ensure program success.
Coordinate verification activities and requirements matrices in collaboration with Systems Engineering and customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
5+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), avionics, aerospace, defense systems, or related mission systems.
5+ years of experience in system integration, verification, and test across multiple phases of the system lifecycle.
3+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical efforts.
3+ years of experience in electronic hardware troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and root cause analysis.
4+ years of experience in RF and/or digital engineering including MCA, FPGA, CCA, or PWB.
U.S. citizens.
