What you'll do

Document detailed epics, user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence.
Query data repositories to generate financial and market intelligence reports for strategic decision-making.
Create and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and databases for blockchain-based financial services.
Conduct interviews with business users to gather requirements and analyze technology needs and workflow challenges.
Establish full project life cycle plans, define project scopes, and design new systems based on requirements.
Plan test strategies and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts for complex systems analysis projects.
Monitor application logs and integrate REST APIs within microservices-based architectures.
Mentor junior product analysts and developers on systems analysis techniques and business workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience as a Principal Systems Analyst supporting secure financial services systems.
Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience as a Principal Systems Analyst supporting secure financial services systems.
Experience using SQL, REST-based system integrations, and application monitoring for systems and data analysis.
Expertise in data analysis and business process design using Microsoft PowerApps, Apache Kafka, and SQL for executive reporting.
Expertise in microservices-based architectures using Datadog, Offset Explorer, Xray, and tools like Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, and Snagit.
Expertise in documenting requirements using Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Xray, and SharePoint.
Expertise in application operations using Datadog, Insomnia, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
Experience with blockchain technology and digital assets to support strategic growth.
