What you'll do

Perform systems analysis for various product initiatives to support enhancements and new capabilities for the Claims portfolio.
Build a backlog of system requirements that can be assigned to developers.
Conduct and facilitate design and code reviews to ensure high-performing application standards.
Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT testing phases as well as release management.
Address operational, production, and ad-hoc requests to support ongoing application operations.
Create detailed designs and resolutions for production incidents within tight timeframes.
Manage requirements definition and documentation using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Identify and implement solutions for data integration, mapping, and transformation across distributed applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree and 4 years IT experience, or Technical Certification/College Courses and 6 years IT experience, or 8 years IT experience.
Knowledge of application configuration and claims processing components.
Experience in systems analysis, requirements definition, management, and system design creation.
Knowledge of Big Data Analytics (HAVeN, HADOOP, Autonomy, Vertica) and Cloud computing technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
Knowledge of Integration Technologies (Tibco, Informatica, CAS), Mobile technologies, Scripting Languages, and Web Technologies.
Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Iterative Development.
Strong oral/written communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and Sonar (preferred).
