As a Lead Solutions Analyst II | Business Systems, Data & AI (Wealth Management) within the Asset & Wealth Management line of business, you will bridge the gap between product owners, business operations, and software developers. You will elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translating them into technically feasible solutions while driving an AI-first approach to problem-solving. Your daily work involves extracting insights from large datasets, providing input on architecture designs, and leading the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review and test acceleration. You will utilize data visualization, SQL, and AWS cloud platforms to support digital transformation. Key responsibilities include creating user stories, managing project dependencies, and ensuring responsible AI use while navigating complex data sensitivity and security requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Elicit and document business and data flow requirements to create well-structured, technically feasible solutions.
Extract insights from large, diverse datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Provide input on architecture designs and operating systems to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Manage project dependencies and change control within a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the Solutions Analysis field.
Guide the work of others to ensure timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices.
Translate complex technical information into clear requirements for diverse stakeholder audiences.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, focusing on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and setting standards for validating AI outputs.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, security, and coaching engineers on compliant adoption.
Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proficiency in creating business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex information for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with generative AI, SQL, AWS, or agile frameworks (preferred).
