Lead Solutions Analyst, Data Analysis

What you'll do

• Elicit, document, and validate business and data flow requirements to ensure technical feasibility.
• Model the design and implementation of technical solutions for seamless integration with existing systems.
• Use advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning skills.
• Manage project dependencies and navigate ambiguity in complex technical programs.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in solutions analysis, data modelling, and technical program delivery in the financial industry.
• Expertise in data analysis and data applications, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques for developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
• Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguity, and managing dependencies in complex projects.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML models and practical experience with AI tools.
• Financial industry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Python, Databricks, and Data Engineering (preferred).
