AI Business Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate complex business needs into functional technology requirements for AI applications and platforms.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify system problems and develop detailed data models and workflow procedures.
• Review, route, and develop detailed implementation specifications for requested system changes.
• Coordinate and perform testing for both validated and non-validated system modifications.
• Create reports from client databases to satisfy user requests and verify project outcomes.
• Develop training materials and educational tools to support users on system functionality.
• Monitor and audit system usage to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience or Master's Degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
• Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and their capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
• Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
• Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
• Must have a strong customer focus.
