AI Business Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements to translate needs into functional technology specifications.
• Perform data and process modeling to support the development and maintenance of AI applications.
• Review and route system change requests while developing detailed implementation specifications.
• Coordinate and perform testing for both validated and non-validated system modifications.
• Create reports and perform data sampling from client databases to satisfy user requests and verify project outcomes.
• Develop and provide system training, educational tools, and materials for end users.
• Monitor and audit system usage to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory procedures.
• Manage application data and monitor system performance to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years experience or Master's Degree in Information Systems or a related field is required.
• Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of large-scale, enterprise systems is required.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models and their capabilities is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members is required.
• Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.
• Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills.
• Must have a strong customer focus.
