Data Solutions & Analytics Lead, Securities Services Finance, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Design and develop data models that integrate complex datasets to enable analytics at scale.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reports and manual processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initial requirements gathering to final implementation and adoption.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements documents and actionable delivery plans.
• Build scalable data applications and reusable data assets within a data lake environment.
• Identify and initiate artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases to enhance workflows.
• Establish and promote standards for analytics, documentation, and solution delivery across the organization.

What we're looking for

• At least four years of experience in data analytics, product development, or project management (financial services preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one modern analytics, visualization, or engineering tool such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or R.
• Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets and building data models.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes independently with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, structured approach to planning and decision-making.
• Demonstrated project execution skills, including writing requirements and managing delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting analysis and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.
