What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-reliability C++ and Rust software for embedded, real-time, and Linux-based systems.
Design and document software architecture using UML and model-based artifacts to ensure system alignment.
Apply open architecture principles to create modular, portable, and interoperable software components.
Implement software features that comply with government reference architectures and customer technical baselines.
Build, deploy, and troubleshoot software across multiple targets, lab environments, and platform configurations.
Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression tests to improve code coverage.
Manage CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, static analysis, and security scanning of artifacts.
Provide technical leadership in software design, secure coding practices, and architectural consistency across the team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Experience in C++ and Rust software development for embedded, real-time, and Linux-based systems (preferred).
Experience in software architecture/design using UML and requirements-driven development (preferred).
Experience with automated testing and CI tools such as CMake, GoogleTest, and Jenkins (preferred).
Experience applying MOSA principles in defense, aerospace, or electronic warfare environments (preferred).
Experience with Linux systems programming, cross-compilation, and deployment in distributed or embedded environments (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
