What you'll do

Develop and maintain embedded software using C/C++ to support mission systems integration architecture.
Design and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software based on operational performance requirements.
Execute the full software development lifecycle including requirements flow-down, design translation, and code implementation.
Perform system testing and verification using Python-based test frameworks and software coverage tools.
Manage hardware and software integration for complex military systems and avionics programs.
Implement security features including encryption, authentication schemes, and DevSecOps practices.
Conduct debug and trace analysis within Linux environments and real-time operating systems like VxWorks or LynxOS.
Participate in major design reviews and architecture reviews to ensure compliance with safety-critical standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Secret US Security Clearance.
Experience in C/C++ software development using existing tools and Python for test frameworks.
Experience with hardware and software integration, testing, and the full software development lifecycle.
8+ years of embedded development experience.
8+ years of C++ systems development with understanding of software/hardware co-design and distributed systems.
6+ years of avionics lifecycle execution.
U.S. citizens.
